North Coast Seal offers our customers more than just sealing solutions. We offer a complete Vendor Management Inventory system, packaging, kitting, material verification center, and state-of-the-art inspection machines that allow for the rapid, automated inspection of O-rings and other molded rubber parts. Seals

O-Rings and O-Ring Cord Extrusion
North Coast Seal is your source for O-rings, square rings, large O-rings, Quad-Rings®, and more. NCS offers extruded O-ring cord stock and extruded square stock, as well as extruded X-ring cord stock. And, we offer standard AS568A, JIS and Metric solutions.
Gaskets and Water Jet Cutting

Rubber Extrusion
Standard and custom rubber extrusion profiles are available in continuous lengths and intricate profile shapes here at North Coast Seal. We can meet all of your application needs and seal requirements.
Plastic Extrusion
Plastic extrusion is a manufacturing process that melts down raw plastic and forms it into a continuous profile. The heat generated from the turning screws and heaters along the barrel of the machine cause the material to gradually melt.
Plastic Injection
Plastic injection is perfect for the consecutive production of thousands or even millions of parts. It is a great manufacturing process for the production of thermoplastic or thermosetting materials and achieving the specific geometrics that other processes just can’t properly carry out.
PTFE (Teflon®)
North Coast Seal offers PTFE U-cups with Spring-Energized Seals that are made from PTFE and other polymer alloys that are corrosive resistant. A V-shape cantilever beam spring maintains live compression load and the system pressure keeps it in motion. Available in standard and custom rod and piston and face seal designs to meet all your application requirements.
